In collaboration with Bikeminded, my partner in the Dutch Urban Design Team, I have written the new Cycling and Pedestrian Masterplan for the Village of Pinecrest, in Miami, Florida. Besides far-reaching ambitions, the masterplan also provides in a pragmatic walking and cycling network and useful ‘archetypes’ for street cross sections and intersection types.
